Every piece is covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something is faulty within 30 days of delivery, you can have a full refund. After that, we'll repair or replace it, or refund you if that isn't possible. We cover the cost of collecting faulty items.

Most pieces arrive almost ready: you just fit the legs. Fittings, instructions and a wall-fixing kit are included. Some pieces weigh up to 30 kg boxed, so a second pair of hands helps.

Solid mango wood is natural, so grain, knots and tone vary from piece to piece. Dust with a soft dry cloth, wipe spills straight away, use coasters for hot or wet items and keep wood away from strong direct sunlight and radiators.
