Shipping policy

Free delivery to most of the UK.
Delivery is free to addresses in England, Wales and southern Scotland. The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the islands (including the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands) carry a courier surcharge of £26.40 per parcel. If your postcode is in one of these areas, we'll email you before dispatch to confirm it. If you'd rather not pay it, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
When your order will arrive: orders are dispatched within 3 working days, and most arrive within 3 to 5 working days of ordering. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday by DHL as a boxed parcel to your door. You'll get an email with tracking details when your order is on its way.
Check your delivery within 48 hours: if anything is damaged or missing, take photos of the item and packaging, keep the packaging, and email home@joamaltd.com with your order number. We'll arrange a replacement, a replacement part or a refund.
