Free delivery to most of the UK
Delivery is free to addresses in England, Wales and southern Scotland.
The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the islands (including the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands) carry a courier surcharge of £26.40 per parcel. If your postcode is in one of these areas, we'll email you before dispatch to confirm the surcharge. If you'd rather not pay it, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
When your order will arrive
- Orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
- Most deliveries arrive within 3 to 5 working days of ordering.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. We can't book a specific day or time.
- You'll get an email with DHL tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
How your furniture is delivered
- Our furniture is delivered by DHL as a boxed parcel to your door.
- Each product page lists the size and weight. Most pieces weigh between 12 and 30 kg boxed, so plan for a second person to help with the heavier ones.
- Most pieces only need their legs fitted. Fittings, instructions and a wall-fixing kit are included.
Check your delivery within 48 hours
Please open and check your furniture within 48 hours of delivery. If anything is damaged or missing:
- Take photos of the damage and of the box and packaging.
- Keep all the packaging.
- Email us at home@joamaltd.com with your order number and the photos.
We'll arrange a replacement, a replacement part or a refund. Reporting damage quickly lets us resolve it fastest. It doesn't affect your legal rights if a fault appears later.
