Delivery
- Free tracked delivery to every UK address. No minimum spend.
- Orders usually arrive in 5 to 10 working days. Your coat ships from our supplier's warehouse, which is how we keep the price down.
- You'll get an email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.
- If you order coat + mitts, the mitts may arrive in a separate parcel.
Wrong size? We'll swap it free
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the fit. We'll send the right size at no cost, and you can keep the first one.
Changed your mind? You have 14 days
- Email home@joamaltd.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply with a UK return address. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by you.
- We'll refund the item and any delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back.
Unused items in their original packaging get a full refund. If the coat has clearly been used, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Faulty or damaged
If something arrives faulty or damaged, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll refund or replace it, usually without needing it back. This is on top of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
